Terms of Business

  1. Background
    1. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods online at; www.additwater.com (hereinafter “Homesite”), owned and operated by; Addit Invest ApS, CVR no. 37316903, Lange-Müllers Gade 25, 2100 Copenhagen Ø (hereafter "AdditWater")
    2. The terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on AdditWater Websites for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
  2. Agreement conclusion
    1. With each purchase on our Websites, you must accept the AdditWater terms and conditions and you are encouraged to read the terms and conditions thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that the terms and conditions provide.


Purchase agreements with AdditWater are entered into in Danish via our Website. You must fill in the information required for us to deliver your item for you.


Before you can complete a purchase on our Websites, you must enter your name, e-mail address, address and telephone number. We use this to communicate with you regarding the purchase you make.


You can change the contents of the shopping basket right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "undo" button. After this, your order goes to AdditWater and can no longer be changed.


You have only entered into an agreement with us when you receive our order confirmation via e-mail. If an item is on back order with us or one of our suppliers, this will be shown in the order confirmation, and we will contact you here to find a solution.


AdditWater reserves the right for typing errors, inventory errors, price errors, photo and illustration errors, VAT, currency and tax changes, price increases, force majeure, sold out/discontinued items and delivery failures from our suppliers. In such cases, you will be notified immediately.

3. Payment


You can pay online on our Websites using:

  • Visa card / VisaDankort

  • PayPal

  • MasterCard


No card fees are charged and an amount greater than what you have approved in connection with the purchase is never withdrawn. Payment is subject to the card issuer's conditions of use.


All stated prices on our Website are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT, and only apply to orders for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.


When ordering goods, you are forwarded to a secure page with an SSL certificate, where you can safely fill in your card details and complete the payment. Any transfer and storage in the payment system of your card data is done in encrypted form.


We use a recognized and approved payment supplier, so you have the greatest possible security for correct payment and we do not withdraw money from your payment card before we send your item. No higher amount will be deducted than you have approved in connection with placing your order.

4. Delivery


Your item(s) will be delivered with the shipping prices that are expressly stated on our Websites during check out, and will be shipped the same day you order if you place your order before 8:00 am.


Delivery takes place via a Danish business partner and will normally take place within 2 – 5 working days after dispatch to the address in Denmark that you provided at the time of purchase.


The delivery time is subject to external circumstances beyond AdditWater's control. In such cases, you will be contacted immediately, but you are not entitled to compensation for this.

5. Transfer of risk


AdditWater solely assumes the risk of correct and safe transport until you have received the goods in your possession. After this, the goods are at your own expense and risk.


If the goods are sent back, AdditWater again assumes the risk for the goods when handing them over to the carrier. Keep the receipt for the transfer to the carrier.

6. Investigation and complaint


Upon receipt of your item, you must examine the item to ensure that it corresponds to what you ordered. Before accepting the receipt, it should also be checked whether the wrapping and packaging is intact or whether there is any visible damage. If there is damage to the product, we ask that this be brought to your attention immediately.


You have 24 months right of complaint. The right to complain means that you can complain about faults and defects in the product which appear up to 24 months after you received the product. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of your incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour. You are requested to notify AdditWater of any defects and deficiencies in your item(s) within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defects/deficiencies.


If you wish to complain about an item, you must send the complaint in writing by e-mail to support@additwater.com or by phone +45 23608840. Please state the order number and describe why the item is being returned.

In the event of defects in the goods, the defects rules of the Sales Act also apply. This means that, depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged or get a discount on the price.


You will be refunded the shipping costs in connection with the return of the item, if the complaint is justified.


If the item does not suffer from a fault or defect, AdditWater will not cover your shipping costs, nor will AdditWater repair, exchange or discount the price.


AdditWater does not receive packages without distribution, or packages sent by cash on delivery.


The rules of the Purchase Act also apply to your purchase.

7. Right of withdrawal


In connection with purchases on our Websites, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your item.


You must therefore notify AdditWater of the cancellation within 14 days of receiving the item . The cancellation must be communicated in writing by e-mail to support@additwater.com . In the e-mail, you must state the order number, and it must clearly state that you wish to exercise the right of cancellation.

You cannot cancel the purchase - without having given clear notice of the cancellation - by simply refusing to receive the item.


If you make correct use of your right of withdrawal, your payments will be returned to the place you transferred the money from. Please note that your return shipping costs will not be refunded. The amount for the item will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we received the notice of cancellation. However, we can choose to withhold the refund until the item has been returned if you have not sent us documentation that the item has been returned.

You must pay for the return yourself and we recommend that you keep your receipt for shipping. The item must be properly packaged, and you bear the risk yourself until we receive the item. We do not accept parcels without distribution or parcels sent on cash on delivery.


You are welcome to unpack your item and examine it in order to assess its properties, in the same way as if it had been purchased in a physical store. If you use the item in a different way, or if the item is damaged or used so that we cannot sell it again at the same price, we will deduct the loss in value from the amount refunded to you. If the item is of no value, you will not receive any part of the purchase price back.

8. Rejection of purchase


We reserve the right to refuse to do business with you if, for significant reasons, we do not wish to sell to you.

9. Use of personal information


We store the information you have given us in connection with the use of our Websites and the placing of your order, including name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment information, etc.


The information is restricted to trusted employees, and our security measures are continuously checked, so that your information is not accidentally or illegally deleted, degraded or lost, just as it does not come to the knowledge of unauthorized third parties or is otherwise misused or used in violation of the law.


The information is kept for the period of time permitted by the data protection regulation and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage.


In accordance with the data protection regulation, you can always request information about and insight into which information we have registered and object to a registration.

10. Cookies

Any disputes are settled according to Danish law.
